A full-stack e-commerce project with a responsive storefront and admin workflows for catalog imports, image management, availability, and customer email.

Case study
01
A storefront paired with practical catalog tools
This project began as a way to reduce repetitive product management work. Alongside the customer-facing store, the admin area supports bulk product data, image matching, availability changes, and customer updates.
02
Full-stack development and deployment
I developed and deployed the responsive storefront and admin experience using React, Tailwind CSS, and Express. I also integrated REST API workflows, client-side state, and mobile and desktop layouts.
03
Bulk operations replace repeated item-by-item edits
The admin tools focus on the catalog tasks that take the most effort when products are managed individually.
The import flow validates rows, maps fields to product records, and creates products in bulk.
Uploaded images are associated with products through unique product IDs, reducing manual matching work.
Prices, categories, and descriptions can be updated in batches through CSV or the admin interface.
Products can be activated or deactivated without removing their records from the admin area.
04
Email updates managed from the same admin area
Administrators can send promotion, restock, or general update emails to subscribed users, while users can manage their email preferences.
05
One system for storefront and catalog operations
The completed project combines a responsive shopping interface with REST-backed admin tools for routine product and communication work.
